Free Assessment of Options
We will conduct free assessments for probate suitability for clients referred by IFA’s. These assessments will provide families with valuable insights into the estate’s readiness for probate proceedings, helping them make informed decisions during this challenging time. Depending on the outcome of the assessment, there are three possibilities:
1. They use our Probate Assistance Service, saving money, time and stress.
2. We refer them to Kings Court Trust – one of the country’s leading probate practitioners.
3. They do it themselves. (A recovery service is available for those that get into trouble)

What we will do.
Advise on obtaining information needed to:
- Complete the IHT forms if required.
- Paying any IHT due.
- Completion of any Land Registry paperwork for transfer of property.
- Completion of all Probate application paperwork.
We forward all completed paperwork for your client to sign and send as needed.
