If you are a couple, it is common to appoint each other as attorneys in the first instance and appoint one or more people, usually adult children, as reserve attorneys.

If you are appointing more than one Attorney, are they to act ‘jointly’ (all have to agree on all actions) or ‘jointly and severally’ ( any of the Attorneys can act individually).
